Director
Rebecca leads our team with unwavering commitment and extensive experience.
Rebecca is a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) with a passion for precision and excellence. Graduating from Southern Cross University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting and Finance, Rebecca has been on a journey of continual learning and growth. She is also a Registered Tax Agent and Xero Certified Advisor.
With over 15 years of experience in public practice, Rebecca’s expertise spans across taxation, accounting, and bookkeeping. She specialises in providing taxation and business advice for small to medium businesses, leveraging her extensive knowledge and practical insights. Her ability to communicate complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner makes her a trusted advisor among her clients.
Outside of the office, Rebecca finds solace in the outdoors, and spending time with her family.
Leanne Martin
Senior Accountant
Leanne’s meticulous attention to detail and strategic insight ensure that our clients’ financial needs are always met with precision and professionalism.
Leanne is a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) and also holds a Bachelor of Business from Southern Cross University majoring in Accounting and Finance. Leanne has been in public practice for over 15 years and has worked in various leadership and supervisory roles.
Leanne expertise covers all aspects of personal and business taxation compliance and advise and business advice.
In her spare time, Leanne enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
Rachel Johnson
Accountant
Rachel brings with her a wealth of experience and a passion for numbers that is unmatched. Graduating from Southern Cross University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting, as well as a Cert IV and Advanced Diploma in accounting from Tafe NSW, Rachel’s expertise extends across various facets of the field, from public practice to private business.
Rachel supports clients by preparing Business Activity Statements, tax returns and financial statements in an efficient and organised manner.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Rachel is deeply committed to serving her community, volunteering as a leader for Port Macquarie Girl Guides. She finds joy in spending quality time with her family, especially her children and grandchildren, and enjoys quilting, crocheting, and cooking.
Katie Herford
Bookkeeper
Katie, a mum of 3, a business owner in her own right and our bookkeeper and Xero Advisor.
Katie has over 20 years’ experience in the book keeping and business management industry. Katie ensures that our clients’ financial records are accurate and up-to-date. Working autonomously and collaboratively, Katie is here to support our clients get the most out of their Xero experience!
Melanie Spalding
Office Manager
For the past four years, Melanie been a valued member of the Summerville and Daley team, playing a pivotal role in facilitating the transition to new management and systems. Handling administration, data entry, and business services, Melanie keeps our operations running smoothly. Her organisational skills and attention to detail ensure that nothing falls through the cracks.
Her experience spans financial roles, customer relations, marketing, and administration, exceling in roles that demand both interpersonal skills and attention to detail. Holding diplomas in Advertising and Certificates in Accounting, Editing, Proofreading and Administration.
Outside of work, she cherishes time with her family.
